EBCRP opened the Hayward office to serve Southern Alameda County residents in 1998. Co-occurring disorder treatment is available for adult, men and women involved with criminal justice systems, transitional age youth experiencing early symptoms of psychosis, and full scope mental health MediCal program for youth up to age 21.
