The Community Rehabilitation Center, also referred to as the CRC, is a not-for-profit social services agency which offers primary and behavioral care as well as community economic development programs for community residents that are under-served and low-income. In many cases, these persons are struggling with substance abuse, mental illness, and HIV/AIDS. The Community Rehabilitation Center, CRC, focuses on these persons. The center serves such persons that live in the Clay, Nassau, Duval, and St. Johns counties. Whether you are struggling with psychiatric concerns, behavioral health, or substance abuse issues, you will be provided with individualized treatment which will meet your specific needs. This facility's inpatient chemical addiction program offers medically-supervised services which work to help adults to detox from withdrawal symptoms of alcohol and drug dependency. The Community Rehabilitation Center's psychiatrists will meet with the clients so as to determine what the best course of action, especially with regard to treatment and therapy, is.
