Programs are provided on an individualized basis to make sure people achieve full recovery in the long term. Taylor County has also specialized in anger management, trauma-related counseling, cognitive/behavior therapy, group therapy, activity therapy, matrix model, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as persons with serious mental illness, domestic violence, persons with eating disorders, substance abuse education, legal advocacy, suicide prevention services, and more.
Additionally, Taylor County has programs such as long term rehab programs, inpatient addiction treatment centers, intensive outpatient treatment, outpatient detoxification centers, short term drug addiction treatment for clients with addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehab facility uses treatment modalities that can provide lasting and permanent stability to any person with an alcohol and drug abuse issue. Finally, Taylor County accepts clients with different types of payment methods - including cash or self-payment, private health insurance, payment assistance, military insurance, other state funds, state education funds and others.
