List of Short Term Addiction Treatment Facilities In Cooleemee, North Carolina

Making Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Work in Cooleemee, North Carolina

Most commonly, finishing short term rehab means that you'll want to carry on with aftercare services such as going to individual and group counseling. Usually, substance abuse recovery is a long-term ambition. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after going through a short term drug treatment program may consist of other types of recovery, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have completed a short term substance abuse rehabilitation center and have started reintegrating into a new sober way of life, you may still want continued support. You may discover these in group contexts, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individual setting such as one-on-one counseling & therapy or outpatient counseling.

Typically, the longer you stay committed to treatment and recovery, the better your chances of recovery will be.

As you strive for abstinence and balance in your life, you will want to take the time to find the best short term treatment facility in Cooleemee based on your particular needs and preferences.

When trying to find a short term treatment facility, therefore, you should take into account the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
