Northeastern Oklahoma Council on is dedicated to helping any person with an alcohol or drug use issue in the Purcell area find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as inpatient drug rehab centers, long term treatment facilities, short term drug treatment, outpatient substance abuse counseling, outpatient detoxification centers and others - in keeping with its belief of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery.
