McDowell Center is committed to helping the community of Hayti, Missouri and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. Because of this, McDowell Center offers a wide assortment of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including inpatient drug and alcohol rehab centers, outpatient detox facilities, long term drug rehab facilities, outpatient substance abuse counseling, short term drug rehab programs and others.
McDowell Center also feels that it is crucial that every individual client gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including behavior modification, dual diagnosis drug rehab, cognitive/behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma therapy, group therapy and others. Additionally, McDowell Center is specialized in social skills development, transgender or (LGBT) clients, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, clients with HIV/AIDS, programs for the hearing impaired, aftercare/continuing care, as well as other special programs.
