MercyOne Horizons has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the people who struggle with drug and alcohol use issues in the local community.
Services are offered on an individualized basis to make sure people achieve full recovery in the long term. MercyOne Horizons also specializes in activity therapy, trauma therapy, trauma-related counseling, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, vocational rehabilitation services, and others - as well as other treatment modalities such as self-help groups, persons with serious mental illness, social skills development, programs for the hearing impaired, clients with HIV/AIDS, housing services, and more.
Additionally, MercyOne Horizons has programs such as short term addiction treatment centers, long term drug treatment, inpatient addiction treatment programs, outpatient detoxification programs, outpatient day treatment for clients with addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehabilitation program uses treatment methods that can provide permanent stability to anyone with a drug and alcohol use problem. Finally, MercyOne Horizons accepts clients with different kinds of payment methods - including private insurance, private pay, medicaid, medicare, military insurance, access to recovery (atr) voucher, other state funds and others.
