Highland Health Center (HHC) is committed to helping anyone with a drug or alcohol abuse disorder in the local community find full recovery. It provides several services - such as short term drug and alcohol rehabs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, inpatient addiction treatment centers, inpatient detoxification centers, long term drug abuse treatment and others - in line with its philosophy of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery.
