List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehab Facilities In Squire, West Virginia

The Cost Of Short Term Substance Abuse Rehabilitation in Squire, West Virginia

Many individuals suffering from drug addiction usually find the cost of treatment and rehabilitation is too high. Therefore, they may decide to opt out of receiving treatment - not considering that addiction is typically more expensive in the long-term.

Contingent on the method of treatment you are looking into, you can be sure that the facility will need you to handle the rather expensive costs. Yet, there are affordable options in Squire that you can use to reduce these costs - including short term drug rehab.

Short term drug rehab is typically less expensive than long-term rehab due to the fact that you will only undergo rehabilitation for a short amount of time. This means that here you have an affordable option that you can benefit from to handle your substance abuse and addiction.

In many instances, you might even learn that your health insurance carrier will cover the cost of your treatment if you choose short term drug rehab. However, many insurances have limitations on the total amount they may cover - or the entire number of days in treatment that they will cover. Still, many short term programs are sufficiently covered by insurance.

Thus, if the expense of treatment is a primary consideration for you, short term treatment may be the appropriate choice. As much as you might want to have the most effective, most intensive type of rehabilitation, your funds may keep you from being able to choose more comprehensive options such as long term drug rehab.

Even with this somewhat low cost, short term drug rehabilitation could possibly work for you. Yet, the success of the rehab program will mainly depend on you as an individual. If your addiction has been happening for a long time, it is doubtful that this duration of rehabilitation will work for you. This is because it is most effective for individuals who have only just began showing early symptoms of substance abuse.

Ultimately, short term treatment is best suited for addicts who have not been abusing drugs or alcohol for very long and for those who cannot afford a longer stay in an addiction treatment facility.

Hope Valley, Inc. was established as a private, non-profit corporation for treatment and care of alcoholics. The impetus for the program came from private citizens in Surry County who wanted to provide people with alcohol problems a way to become productive citizens. At the request of these citizens, Bryant and Marion Bivins came to Dobson, NC from Durham where Mr. Bivins served as Director of the Damascus Home, a home for alcoholics. They opened the first facility, our Men's Division, in 1968. In 1970, a separate facility for women was opened. In 1986, our services were again expanded to serve drug dependent clients.
