CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services is dedicated to helping any person with a drug or alcohol abuse disorder in Shepherdstown, West Virginia and within the surrounding neighborhoods find complete recovery. It provides several services - such as short term drug rehab centers, inpatient detoxification centers, long term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient drug rehab centers, outpatient day treatment and others - in line with its belief of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation methods that are effective in recovery. This alcohol and drug treatment facility also believes that clients need individual treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services has specialized in contingency management/motivational incentive, dual diagnosis drug rehab, rational emotive behavioral therapy, activity therapy, group therapy, anger management and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are treatment for spanish-speaking clients, legal advocacy, domestic violence, clients referred from the court/judicial system, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, clients with HIV/AIDS, and others. This addiction treatment center uses treatment modalities that can assist patients to achieve lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances of abuse that they have used in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in CAT 5/Substance Abuse Services can pay for services using private medical insurance, cash or self-payment, payment assistance, sliding fee scale, access to recovery (atr) voucher, county or local government funds and others.
