Department of Veterans Affairs Medical has been offering ongoing addiction treatment and rehabilitation services to the residents of Helen, WV. and those living within the surrounding communities. Today, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical provides services like individual psychotherapy, trauma-related counseling, behavior modification, relapse prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, activity therapy and others in keeping with its philosophy of following rehabilitation treatments that work best to help people achieve sobriety.
This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program also believes that individual care for each client is the best way to provide them with the best form of treatment. Services are available in the following settings - inpatient drug addiction treatment, outpatient detoxification programs, outpatient substance abuse counseling, long term drug and alcohol rehab facilities, short term rehabs and others.
