Council on Alcoholism is dedicated to helping the residents of Capon Springs and the surrounding areas to find full recovery after a period of struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. As such, Council on Alcoholism provides a wide collection of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including detox centers, long term drug and alcohol rehab programs, inpatient drug rehab programs, outpatient day treatment, short term drug rehab programs and others.
Council on Alcoholism also feels that it is necessary that every individual client gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavioral therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, couple/family therapy, individual psychotherapy, brief intervention approach and others. Additionally, Council on Alcoholism is specialized in active duty military, programs for the hearing impaired, self-help groups, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, aftercare/continuing care, veterans, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol treatment facility uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
