Serving Children and Adults in Need (SCAN) was officially formed in 1982 as Stop Child Abuse and Neglect in Laredo, Texas. Shoreline Treatment Center is a treatment facility licensed by the state of Texas to treat adolescents with substance abuse disorders. Shoreline offers treatment to boys and girls aged 13-17 who have problems with alcohol and other drugs.
