List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programs In Buffalo Gap, Texas

Making Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Work in Buffalo Gap, Texas

Typically, finishing short term rehab means that you need to continue on with additional rehabilitation services such as going to individual and group counseling. Usually, substance abuse recovery is a long-term ambition. This means that you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for a while - depending on how confident you are in your sobriety, your determination, and your health.

Therefore, the step-down method after going through a short term rehabilitation program will consist of other types of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

In fact, even after you have finished a short term substance abuse treatment center and have started a new sober lifestyle, you will likely still need further support. You might find these in group contexts, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized environment like one on one counseling or outpatient counseling.

As a rule, the longer you can stick to the treatment protocol, the greater your chances of recovery will be.

While you strive for sobriety and structure in your life, you will want to take the time to find the best short term rehab facility in Buffalo Gap that fits your particular requirements and preferences.

While trying to find a short term rehab program you may want to consider the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
