Columbia Teen Challenge has made a name for itself by dedicating its recovery services to the individuals who struggle with substance abuse disorders in the local community.
Programs are provided on an individual basis to ensure people find full recovery in the long term. Columbia Teen Challenge also specializes in rational emotive behavioral therapy, group therapy, brief intervention approach, contingency management/motivational incentive, cognitive/behavior therapy, anger management, and others - as well as other treatment methods such as veterans, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, suicide prevention services, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, self-help groups, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, and more.
Additionally, Columbia Teen Challenge has programs such as detox facilities, short term drug rehab centers, inpatient rehab centers, long term rehabs, outpatient individual counseling for verifiable addictions to drugs and alcohol. The alcohol and drug rehab program uses treatment methods that can provide permanent stability to any person with an alcohol and drug abuse disorder. Finally, Columbia Teen Challenge accepts clients with different types of payment methods - including private pay, private medical insurance, payment assistance, military insurance, county or local government funds, state welfare or child and family services funds and others.
