List of Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Rehab Programs In Ronda, North Carolina

How Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Works in Ronda, North Carolina

If you have been battling with a severe substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation might not prove to be enough for you. Before you look for treatment for your substance abuse, you must first undergo detox to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation program will begin the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work better if you have already completed another form of rehab - such as a participating in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab. You should also be considered medically stable enough that you can comfortably pursue treatment and recovery without the need of constant monitoring.

When you enroll in an outpatient addiction treatment program in Ronda, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Therapy sessions with Family
  • Group therapy and support meetings
  • One-on-one counseling
  • Medication management, which might be required if you have a co-occurring disorder or have been diagnosed with polysubstance addiction
  • Nutritional coaching
  • Individual counseling with addiction treatment specialists
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Relapse Prevention Skills
  • Transitional living

Since outpatient rehab does not expect that you reside inside the center, it means that you might need to dedicate yourself to sobriety so that the program proves fruitful in the long run. You should also desire sobriety and abstain from drugs without any supervision or care.

As long as your surroundings are conducive to your recovery, you may find that outpatient alcohol and drug rehab is the best option. This is because you will receive support and care at home so that you can continue focusing on overcoming your addiction - with none of the pitfalls you may have encountered in the past.
