Changing Tides is dedicated to assisting anyone with an alcohol or drug use issue in the local community find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as short term drug rehab facilities, outpatient individual counseling, detox facilities, inpatient addiction treatment facilities, long term drug and alcohol rehab programs and others - in line with its belief of the recovery care and rehabilitation modalities that work in recovery. This alcohol and drug rehabilitation program also believes that clients require individual care and treatment to be able to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.
As such, Changing Tides specializes in individual psychotherapy, group therapy, trauma therapy, couple/family therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab and more. Similarly, it accepts clients who are social skills development, seniors or older adults, clients with HIV/AIDS, persons with serious mental illness, transgender or (LGBT) clients, veterans, and others. This alcohol and drug treatment program uses treatment methods that can assist clients to achieve abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
In terms of payment, clients in Changing Tides can pay for services using cash or self-payment, private insurance, payment assistance, military insurance, state welfare or child and family services funds, state education funds and others.
