Serenity at Summit/Union has been offering ongoing addiction care and rehabilitation services to the residents of Mountainside and those living within the surrounding communities. Today, Serenity at Summit/Union offers services like trauma therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, couple/family therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, individual psychotherapy, cognitive/behavior therapy and others in keeping with its belief of following rehabilitation treatments that work best to help addicts achieve recovery.
This alcohol and drug treatment program also believes that individual care for each client is the best way to provide them with the best form of treatment. Services are available in the following settings - outpatient detox programs, short term treatment programs, long term rehabs, inpatient treatment centers, outpatient substance abuse treatment services and others.
It also believes that an aftercare program is integral in promoting recovery in the long term. Lastly, Serenity at Summit/Union accepts private insurance, cash or self-payment, military insurance, sliding fee scale, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, county or local government funds and others as forms of payment.
