Browery Residents Committee is committed to assisting any person with an alcohol or drug use disorder in Jersey City and its surrounding areas find full recovery. It offers several programs - such as short term drug rehab centers, inpatient detoxification centers, intensive outpatient treatment, inpatient rehab centers, long term rehab facilities and others - in keeping with its philosophy of the recovery treatment and rehab modalities that work in recovery. This addiction treatment facility also believes that clients require individual treatment to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Browery Residents Committee has specialized in couple/family therapy, dual diagnosis drug rehab, trauma-related counseling, dialectical behavior therapy, individual psychotherapy, anger management and more. At the same time, it accepts patients who are self-help groups, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, suicide prevention services, clients referred from the court/judicial system, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, clients with HIV/AIDS, and others. This drug and alcohol treatment program uses treatment methods that can assist patients to achieve sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
