The Farnum Center Outpatient Services location, also in Manchester, is a warm and spacious facility with large group rooms, an on-site drug screening laboratory and multiple private offices for staff and client use. Our Transitional Living Facility is designed for women seeking the structure of a sober living environment, and lower-level outpatient care while transitioning back into the community. This program has a 7-bed capacity and is located within walking distance of South Willow, Elm St, and the public bus system.
