In addition to the direct services provided by Keystone Hall, clients have access to a full continuum of care through the Partnership for Successful Living member-agencies, a collaboration of six affiliated not-for-profit organizations that provide New Hampshire's most vulnerable community members with access to affordable and supportive housing, health care, behavioral health care, education, employment, and supportive services. Keystone Hall is able to better coordinate and deliver a comprehensive array of interventions designed to empower low-income individuals and families, and ultimately build a stronger community. Outcomes are enhanced through this Partnership model.
