List of Outpatient Addiction Treatment Programs In Zortman, Montana

How Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Works in Zortman, Montana

If you have been struggling with a severe substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment may not prove to be enough for you. Before you seek treatment for your addiction, you must first undergo detoxification to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation program will start the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work better if you have already completed another form of treatment - such as a participating in an inpatient alcohol and drug rehab program. You should also be deemed medically stable enough that you can easily pursue treatment and recovery by yourself.

When you begin an outpatient addiction treatment facility in Zortman, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Counseling with Family
  • Group therapy and individual meetings for support and encouragement
  • Individual therapy and counseling
  • Prescribed medication management for poly-substance addiction diagnoses
  • Diet Management
  • Individual counseling with addiction treatment specialists
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Training in relapse prevention techniques
  • Sober living housing, where required

Since outpatient rehab does not demand that you live inside the facility, it means that you may need to dedicate yourself to sobriety so that the program proves successful in the long run. You should also strive for sobriety and abstain from drugs without any supervision or assistance.

As long as your environment is conducive to your recovery, you may find that outpatient drug rehabilitation is the best option. This is because you will receive help and care at home so that you can carry on focusing on beating your addiction - with none of the temptations you might have encountered in the past.
