Ponemah has long been dedicated to helping individuals recovery after a period of abusing drugs and alcohol. It has been doing this within Roseau, MN. and in the surrounding communities for many years now. Today, Ponemah provides services like dialectical behavior therapy, trauma-related counseling, couple/family therapy, matrix model, group therapy, brief intervention approach - which are all representative of their rehabilitation and treatment philosophies.
