Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe is dedicated to helping any person with a drug or alcohol use disorder in the local community find full recovery. It provides several programs - such as short term addiction treatment facilities, intensive outpatient treatment, detox centers, long term drug and alcohol rehabs, inpatient rehab facilities and others - in keeping with its philosophy of the recovery treatment and rehabilitation modalities that work in recovery. This addiction treatment program also believes that clients require individual treatment to be able to maintain their sobriety.
As such, Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe has specialized in individual psychotherapy, matrix model, motivational interviewing, behavior modification, activity therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and more. At the same time, it accepts patients who are persons who have experienced sexual abuse, co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, veterans, persons with serious mental illness, persons with post-traumatic stress disorder, residential beds for client's children, and others. This drug and alcohol rehabilitation program uses care modalities that can assist patients to maintain lasting and permanent sobriety and abstinence from the substances abused in the past.
