Tuerk House has made a name for itself by dedicating its addiction services to the individuals who struggle with drug and alcohol use issues in Elkridge, Maryland and within the surrounding neighborhoods.

Tuerk House has also specialized in couple/family therapy, brief intervention approach, matrix model, trauma-related counseling, contingency management/motivational incentive, anger management, and others - as well as many other treatment methods such as child care for clients children, housing services, persons with serious mental illness, substance abuse education, suicide prevention services, clients with HIV/AIDS, and more.
Additionally, Tuerk House has programs such as inpatient drug rehab programs, long term rehab centers, short term drug addiction treatment, outpatient detoxification facilities, outpatient substance abuse treatment services for clients with addictions to alcohol and drugs. The alcohol and drug rehab center uses treatment methods that can provide permanent stability to any person with an alcohol and drug abuse disorder. Finally, Tuerk House accepts individuals with different kinds of payment methods - including private insurance, cash or self-payment, medicaid, medicare, military insurance, access to recovery (atr) voucher, other state funds and others.
