Volunteers of America Chesapeake Inc is devoted to assisting the people of District Heights, MD. and the surrounding areas to getting their sobriety back after battling with alcohol and drug addiction. Volunteers of America Chesapeake Inc administers a wide variety of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including inpatient drug and alcohol rehab facilities, detox centers, outpatient counseling, long term drug rehab facilities, short term drug rehab centers and others.
Volunteers of America Chesapeake Inc also believes that it is necessary that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including group therapy, 12-step facilitation approach, trauma therapy, individual psychotherapy, relapse prevention, anger management and others. In addition, Volunteers of America Chesapeake Inc is specialized in residential beds for client's children, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, active duty military, suicide prevention services, persons with eating disorders, clients with HIV/AIDS, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this alcohol and drug rehab program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
