MercyOne Horizons is dedicated to assisting the people of Fayette, Iowa and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. MercyOne Horizons offers a wide array of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including long term drug rehab centers, inpatient rehab programs, short term addiction treatment programs, outpatient detoxification facilities, outpatient substance abuse counseling and others.
MercyOne Horizons also feels that it is necessary that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including activity therapy, cognitive/behavior therapy, matrix model, relapse prevention, 12-step facilitation approach, group therapy and others. In addition, MercyOne Horizons is specialized in aftercare/continuing care, legal advocacy, seniors or older adults, programs for the hearing impaired, suicide prevention services, substance abuse education, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this drug and alcohol rehab program uses aims to provide positive and lasting change for each individual.
