List of Short Term Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Programs In Wiggins, Colorado

Making Short Term Rehabilitation Work in Wiggins, Colorado

For many people, finishing short term drug rehab means that you'll need to follow up with aftercare services such as through group counseling and individualized therapy. Typically, addiction recovery is a long-term goal. That said, you might want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

Therefore, the step-down method after completing a short term drug rehabilitation program will involve other levels of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Halfway houses
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups
  • Outpatient treatments

Even after you have finished a short term drug treatment program and have started a new sober lifestyle, you will likely still need further support and aftercare services. You may encounter these in group contexts, such as by going to 12-step meetings, or in an individual atmosphere like one on one counseling or outpatient counseling.

Typically, the longer you can stick to treatment and recovery, the higher your chances of successful recovery will be.

As you strive for sobriety and structure in your life, you will want to take the time to locate an effective short term drug or alcohol rehab program in Wiggins that fits your particular needs and preferences.

While trying to find a short term rehab facility, therefore, you might want to take into account the following factors:

  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The cost of treatment
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • The location of the facility
  • The rehab programs provided
  • The type and severity of your addiction
