List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehab Programs In Commerce City, Colorado

Making Short Term Drug Rehab Work in Commerce City, Colorado

For many people, finishing short term drug treatment means that you'll need to continue on with additional rehabilitation services such as going to 12-step meetings or individualized counseling. Typically, addiction recovery is a long-term goal. Therefore you may want to continue with your treatment in other settings for some time - depending on your health, strength, and level of abstinence and recovery.

As such, the step-down method after attending a short term rehab program may consist of additional levels of treatment, including but not limited to:

  • Halfway houses
  • Intensive outpatient programs (IOP)
  • Outpatient treatments
  • Partial hospitalization programs (PHP)
  • Sober living homes
  • Support groups

In fact, even after you have completed a short term drug and alcohol rehab program and have started a new sober way of life, you may still need further support and aftercare services. You may discover these in group contexts, such as by regularly attending 12-step support group meetings, or in an individualized environment like one-on-one counseling or outpatient counseling.

As a rule, the longer you can stick to the treatment protocol, the better your chances of recovery will be.

As you strive for abstinence and balance in your life, you will want to take the time to locate an effective short term drug rehabilitation program in Commerce City based on your exact needs and preferences.

While looking for a short term treatment center you might want to take into account the following factors:

  • The cost of treatment
  • The type and severity of your addiction
  • If the facility accepts insurance
  • The location of the facility
  • The length of the treatment programs
  • If you are suffering from any co-occurring physical and mental health disorders
  • The length of the treatment programs
