Door to Hope has long been dedicated to helping its clients recovery after a period of alcohol and drug addiction. It has been doing this within Spreckels, California and in the surrounding communities for many years now. Door to Hope offers services like couple/family therapy, contingency management/motivational incentive, cognitive/behavior therapy, group therapy, group therapy, matrix model - which are all representative of their rehabilitation and treatment philosophies. Door to Hope believes that clients need individual focus and treatment for them to find full recovery treatment. This is why it offers several programs, like clients with HIV/AIDS, aftercare/continuing care, substance abuse education, active duty military, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, persons with eating disorders - among other services listed in the following sections.

Finally, Door to Hope accepts private insurance, cash or self-payment, payment assistance, sliding fee scale, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, access to recovery (atr) voucher, as well as others.
