Toiyabe Indian Health Project is dedicated to assisting the residents of Kings Canyon National Pk and the surrounding areas to getting their life back after struggling with substance abuse. Because of this, Toiyabe Indian Health Project provides a wide array of services in line with their belief of treatments that work - including detox programs, long term drug rehab programs, inpatient drug rehab centers, outpatient counseling, short term treatment programs and others.
Toiyabe Indian Health Project also feels that it is necessary that every person gets specific treatments that are tailored to their needs to help ensure treatment is a success. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment methods, including brief intervention approach, cognitive/behavior therapy, individual psychotherapy, couple/family therapy, motivational interviewing, group therapy and others. In addition, Toiyabe Indian Health Project is specialized in housing services, clients with HIV/AIDS, aftercare/continuing care, substance abuse education, treatment for spanish-speaking clients, persons with eating disorders, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment services that this alcohol and drug treatment program uses strive to achieve true and lasting sobriety for each of its clients.
Lastly, Toiyabe Indian Health Project accepts private pay, private insurance, payment assistance, medicaid, medicare, state corrections or juvenile justice funds, state welfare or child and family services funds and more.
