List of Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Rehab Facilities In Goshen, California

How Outpatient Drug Rehab Works in Goshen, California

If you have been battling with an extreme substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment might not prove suitable for you. Before you seek treatment for your addiction, you must first go through detox to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient addiction treatment center will start the real work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work best if you have already completed another form of treatment - such as a staying in an inpatient alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. You should also be considered medically stable enough that you can comfortably pursue treatment and recovery without the need of constant monitoring.

When you enroll in an outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation program in Goshen, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Family therapy sessions
  • Group counseling and individual meetings for support and encouragement
  • One-on-one counseling
  • Prescribed medication management for poly-substance addiction diagnoses
  • Diet Management
  • One to one counseling and therapy with trained addiction treatment and/or mental health expert
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Relapse Prevention Skills
  • Sober living housing, where required

Since outpatient rehab does not require that you live inside the center, it means that you might need to dedicate yourself to recovery so that the program proves worthwhile in the long run. You should also desire sobriety and abstain from drugs without any monitoring or assistance.

As long as your environment is conducive to your recovery, you might find that outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation is the best option. This is because you will get support and care at home so that you can carry on focusing on beating your addiction - with none of the temptations you may have run into in the past.
