County of Humboldt is dedicated to helping the residents of Blocksburg, California and the surrounding areas to recovering from the problems and issues that arrive from drug an/or alcohol abuse. As such, County of Humboldt offers a wide variety of services in line with their philosophy of treatments that work - including short term treatment centers, outpatient counseling, long term rehab programs, inpatient treatment centers, detox centers and others.
County of Humboldt also believes that it is necessary that every individual client gets highly personalized services to ensure their recovery. This is why it is specialized in a wide variety of treatment modalities, including group therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, group therapy, behavior modification, substance abuse counseling approach, 12-step facilitation approach and others. Additionally, County of Humboldt is specialized in co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, persons with serious mental illness, persons who have experienced sexual abuse, child care for clients children, clients with HIV/AIDS, self-help groups, as well as other special programs. In general, the treatment methods that this addiction treatment program uses aims to provide positive and lasting change for each individual.
