List of Short Term Alcohol and Drug Rehab Facilities In Polacca, Arizona

Continued Care Following Short Term Drug Treatment in Polacca, Arizona

One of the benefits you stand to gain when you complete short term drug rehab is that you can later ease into long-term rehabilitation. As such, this form of rehabilitation works perfectly for individuals in Polacca who have relapsed or are at risk of relapse because they can surround themselves in another substance-free setting and continue safely working on their addiction.

After you finish and leave a rehab program, it is likely that you will be confronted with the same places where you previously used drugs or alcohol prior to going to treatment. This is due to the fact that the same triggers - people, places, and things - that could prompt you to relapse will still be there.

Considering it can be very difficult to shift back into the "real world" after completing long-term rehabilitation where you were able to focus on healing and therapy for a few months, you might feel that continuing on with short term addiction treatment in Polacca, AZ. could potentially help you hold on to your newly found abstinence, resolve, and conceptions against substance abuse and addiction.

While in short term drug treatment, therefore, you will work on how to have a more productive life in spite of any challenging situations you might run into. The treatment center will also help you to learn to effectively manage your thoughts and behaviors - which can be very helpful in making sure that you can handle any stress you encounter.

Additional elements of substance abuse rehabilitation and continued care include:

  • How to create a more favorable environment at home and work
  • How to recognize triggers and avoid them
  • How to surround yourself with support through community groups, outpatient treatment, and stays at sober living facilities

Last but not least, short term drug rehab will typically have a vast variety of treatment methods that will help you utilize new recovery skills in your life and keep on sticking to the new principles you learned after you check out of the rehabilitation program.

Our ability to motivate the girls toward a positive, healthy future is a large factor in our success. To this end, our program combines a positive peer culture, caring staff, careful medical treatment, individualized psychotherapy and education, and numerous activities including our unique equestrian program. The peer culture uses the power of positive peer influence to address behavioral problems. Because many of the students who come to us have experienced significant trauma, our treatment team is specially trained to address these issues within our safe, structured, and nurturing environment. An emphasis on family therapy fosters successful reunification with families. Four therapeutic group homes give students the opportunity to re-enter society, living in nearby communities and getting part time jobs if they wish, while continuing their treatment and education on campus.
