List of Outpatient Alcohol and Drug Rehab Centers In Gold Canyon, Arizona

How Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Rehab Works in Gold Canyon, Arizona

If you have been battling with an extreme substance use disorder and addiction, outpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation may not prove to be enough for you. Before you seek treatment for your addiction, you must first undergo detoxification to rid your body completely of the substances you were abusing.

After the detox stage, the outpatient alcohol and drug rehab program will start the official work of therapy and recovery. In fact, these programs work better if you have already completed another form of treatment - such as a participating in an inpatient addiction treatment program. You should also be deemed medically stable enough that you can easily pursue treatment and recovery without the need of constant monitoring.

When you enter into an outpatient substance abuse treatment facility in Gold Canyon, the following services will be provided every week:

  • Therapy sessions with Family
  • Group therapy and support meetings
  • One-on-one counseling
  • Prescribed medication management for poly-substance addiction diagnoses
  • Nutrition and diet management
  • Individual counseling with addiction treatment specialists
  • Exercise related therapy
  • Training in relapse prevention techniques
  • Sober living housing, where required

Since outpatient rehabilitation does not require that you live inside the facility, it means that you may need to dedicate yourself to recovery so that the program proves worthwhile in the long run. You should also aim for sobriety and abstain from drugs without any monitoring or assistance.

As long as your surroundings are conducive to your recovery, you may find that outpatient drug rehabilitation is the best option. This is because you will receive support and care at home so that you can continue focusing on overcoming your addiction - with none of the temptations you may have run into in the past.

If you need assistance for yourself or someone you care about but don't know how to begin call 1-877-882-9275 and speak with a registered addiction specialist. Whether your loved one is ready to go to rehab or you need to do an intervention, we can help you with whatever you need to get your loved one help.
