We can offer help when individuals feel depressed, feel anxious, are having problems in relationships, can't sleep, have had negative experiences that affect how they feel about life, and other problems. We have several counselors who have experience with these kinds of problems and help people feel better in their lives. Coming to a counselor does not mean you have mental illness. All of us have problems and sometimes need the help of others so that we don't keep feeling bad. Our counselors are trained to be good listeners and are able to assist you in developing a treatment plan to deal with your problems.
