Some of the services that the Recovery Zone offers include but are not limited to anger management, cognitive behavioral therapy, individual therapy, brief intervention approach, group therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, couples counseling, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and family therapy. - Through these therapeutic approaches to recovery, the center ensures that clients are able to uncover the main reasons why they started abusing drugs and drinking alcohol in the first place as well as address them in the long term. In the process, they get to reduce their risk of relapse. - In the same way, the center offers other treatment and recovery options. These include but are not limited to medication management, medically supervised detox, relapse prevention, and aftercare planning and programming. - The goal of all of these services is to ensure that clients get the help that they need to reduce their risk of relapse due to suffering too much during their initial detoxification or struggling with triggers when they are at the end of the addiction treatment process at the Recovery Zone.
