Presbyterian Childrens Services Farmington Childrens Home
Farmington, MO. 63640
Unlike other social service agencies, PCHAS combines data-driven program design and expertly trained staff with a philosophy of care that keeps everyone'from social workers to executive leaders'focused on the goals and strengths of each child and their family. PCHAS traces its roots back to 1903 when the First Presbyterian Church of Dallas, Texas, opened a home for the orphaned children of tuberculosis victim Leontine Hector Blaney. Two years later, the Files family donated a large plot of land near Itasca, where PCHAS' oldest continually operating campus remains today. We offer a variety of residential- and community-based programs across three states, along with initiatives to empower churches to support foster care families.
