Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) welcomes all citizens to join us in cultivating a partnership with Franklin and Grand Isle Counties and with the surrounding communities. Behavioral Health Services include: Community Rehab & Treatment, Crisis Services, Employment Services, Outpatient Services, Integrated Healthcare, Local System of Care: Behavioral Health and Blueprint Self-Management Workshops. Children, Youth & Family Services include: Autism, Truancy Intervention Project, Community Based Services, Family Support Services, School-Based Services, Soar Learning Center, The Family Center: Parent Child Center of NCSS, Camp Rainbow, Parent Child Center Programs, Adolescent Services, Local System of Care: Children, Youth & Family and HEART Program.
