New Horizon Counseling Center now serves a diverse population throughout Queens, Brooklyn, & Nassau. New Yorkers who have multiple comorbidities, such as chronic medical conditions often complicated by substance use and mental health disorders. Our clients experience significant barriers to access of behavioral and medical services due to a multitude of social and economic factors. By addressing these factors, New Horizon Counseling Center helps empower individuals to remain more engaged in their care, thereby reducing preventable hospitalizations and emergency care.
