At the Neil Dobbins Center, clients can receive the crisis services that they need. These services are designed in such a way that they can support anyone who finds themselves in dire and urgent situations. - Further, the center helps clients who need to be stabilized after experiencing acute pain and distress arising from developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and behavioral health conditions. - In the same way, the center offers a wide range of other crisis support services. These include I/DD respite care, crisis services both at its center and through its mobile crisis teams. These mobile teams can visit you at your location, from where they will provide you with on-site support and treatment wherever and whenever you need it. The Neil Dobbins Center also provides substance use and mental health first evaluations and stabilization services, as well as emergency clinical assessments and psychiatric services. This is both for involuntary and voluntary commitments.
