The Marion County Health Department offers drug use outreach services and programs that also provide HIV/AIDS preventive education and risk-reduction offers condoms as well as educational materials, and it supplies technical aid to community-based agencies. - Confidential HIV/AIDS rapid testing is in place to all persons and at no charge at all.
