With close to 50,000 visits every year, Lutheran Social Services of SD offers a wide variety of services and programs in South Dakota. Further, the facility serves people of all races, economic status, faiths, and ages with affordable, confidential, and professional programs. - In terms of behavioral health, the facility offers outpatient services for couples, groups, families, and individuals. These behavioral health services include but are not limited to individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, group therapy, educational groups, marriage preparation, mental health evaluations and assessments, and mediation. It also offers critical incident treatment for mental and behavioral health disorders following traumatic incidents. - Through these treatment and rehabilitation services, Lutheran Social Services of SD helps clients clarify the situations in which they find themselves.
