The Board of Directors of Lutheran Family Services has sixteen members elected by the Nebraska Synod, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Nebraska District, Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).Four additional members are elected by the Board of Directors.
