Focused on children, adults, and families who are struggling with developmental, emotional, and social challenges, Las Cumbres Community Services Inc. was founded in 1970. Over the years, it has been taking care of developmentally disabled and challenged clients living in Los Alamos. - During this time, the agency has been expanding its services with the goal of meeting the changing and growing needs of people living in Northern New Mexico. Today, the center is considered to be among the largest providers of social services in the state of New Mexico. - That said, the agency offers direct services in Taos, Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Rio Arriba counties as well as along the expansive Borderland region. It also ensures that its referral, outreach, and education services and activities continue making a strong impact both in the country as well as in the state.
