Johnston Health offers services that are designed to assess and evaluate the presenting concerns while helping with referrals for other rehabilitation services as needed. Some of the programs that the agency, which is a Lifespan partner, offers include but are not limited to an intervention program, a recovery center, addiction counseling, substance abuse inpatient treatment, and transitional housing. - It also provides prevention, intervention, and treatment services to people in the local community by delivering health with the care that it needs. The mission of the agency is reflected throughout the agency and it continues driving every element of its work. - It also offers community-based, outpatient, and residential programs. Through these programs, the center provides clinical services. These include but are not limited to crisis and emergency services, vocational rehabilitation services, residential services, community support services, child and family services, and many more. - In terms of substance abuse and addiction treatment, it works in partnership with other facilities in the region. Through these services, Johnston Health guides clients on the road to recovery and wellness.
