HFSC is a non-profit community counseling agency offering individual, couple, child and family counseling. Special counseling services are provided for adolescents, and play therapy is available for the children. HFSC's therapeutic approach is very flexible, and is specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of each individual client. Some typical problems for which people seek counseling include marriage disharmony, adjustment to separation or divorce, single parenting, children's school problems, teenage adjustment, anxiety, depression, parent / child conflicts, and some crisis situations. HFSC offers a free walk-in clinic each Monday from 1 to 4 p.m.
