Hope House Inc., founded in 1967, is an award-winning residential recovery program located in the Capital District of New York State. We offer an intensive, full-immersion therapy program caring for the special needs of adults, teens, and mothers, supported by an Outpatient Clinic and a compassionate Community Services staff. Partnering with the NYS Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, Hope House cares for hundreds of clients and their families on a monthly basis. The mission of Hope House, Inc. is to respond to needs in the community by providing education, intervention and treatment to persons whose lives have been affected by any form of chemical dependency or family dysfunction. Hope House, a non-denominational agency, was the first in the area to utilize professional staff in a program for people recovering from alcohol and substance addictions. Hope House has evolved into a nationally recognized, multi-service agency providing a range of high quality, community based treatment services. Hope House is an intensive, full-immersion therapy program, caring for adult males in the Hope House Bette Center, teens in the Hubbard Center Adolescent Residences, adult women and mothers-in-recovery at the Women and Children's Center - all supported by an Outpatient Clinic and a Community Services staff. Hope House offers Medication Assisted Treatment options for opioid use disorder, alcohol use disorder, and nicotine use disorder - such as Vivitrol, Suboxone and Probuphine. We believe in multiple pathways to recovery, including the utilization of medication to treat the disease of addiction.
