Care at Family Counseling Center Inc. is delivered using a comprehensive, integrated approach that also meets the preferences of each person using trauma-aware practices. People are also empowered to take an active role in the development of their individualized wellness and recovery plan. - The center offers a wide array of behavioral health programs for individuals and families. Programs include mental health, substance use disorders, healthcare home, housing, prevention, disease management and targeted outreach programs. - At each of its clinics and treatment centers across Southern Missouri, qualified professionals provide a person-centered, wellness approach to care. In 2019, its 450 staff served over 6,000 Missourian's with behavioral health care. - Services include screenings, comprehensive assessment, crisis response and intervention, individual and group therapy, psychiatry, disease and disorders education, community support, psychosocial rehabilitation, medication management, wellness groups, recreational groups, vocational services, peer support, medication-assisted treatment, and many others. - The intensity of care at Family Counseling Center Inc. includes residential, day treatment, intensive outpatient, outpatient and maintenance levels of care to meet the needs of each person.
