Our Mental Health Services specialize in the aging population. Our goal is to help individuals in Jefferson County and surrounding communities cope with an array of issues related to loss, sadness, worry, care giving, loneliness, physical health challenges and grief. We offer personalized services designed to meet your mental and emotional wellness from professional staff. The Envision Program's goal is to assist individuals with the development of coping skills that will promote stabilization of mental health symptoms and improvement of overall health and quality of life. Eligibility: Any senior adult who is experiencing mental health concerns and who does not require in patient hospitalization. Our Program is designed to provide extended support for individuals with mental health barriers. Referrals: Individuals may be referred to Envision through self-referral, senior living centers, in patient programs or primary care physicians. Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am'4:30 pm, Medicare Approved.
